In a climate where excellence in research and output criteria are increasingly dominating and where research funding is increasingly project-based, the best research emerges out of the creative interaction of highly talented and ambitious team members, whose commitment is often only temporary.

Based on our experience in academic organisations (universities and research institutes) we have developed a Leadership Programme for Academic Leaders, focussing on:

  • enhancing your self management: what leads me & how can I lead myself?
  • optimising your leadership skills: how can I lead others?
  • getting the best out of your team: how can I inspire synergy between people?

Common thread: finding real working solutions and approaches based on your own true colours: your talents, your preferences, your allergies & your challenges. The programme is a well defined blend of group training and individual coaching.
